Within 60 Days of Booking	95% of Total Price, (Less Booking Amount and Down Payment Rebate)
On Offer of Possession	5% of Total Price, IFMS, Club Charges, Stamp Duty & Registration Charges, Taxes and other charges, if any

Construction Linked Payment Plan

Within 2 Months of Booking	25% of Total Price (Less: Booking Amount)

On Commencement of Foundation	5% of Total Price
On Commencement of Ground Floor	5% of Total Price
On Commencement of 2nd Floor	5% of Total Price

On Commencement of 8th Floor	5% of Total Price
